   Fixed style apply for Cyrillic Windows account names

   • Fixed the "DLL not found" error and cancelled auto-apply for users whose Windows account name uses Cyrillic or other non-Latin letters

   Fix: broken table layout for players with a non-default Windows username

   • Table look settings are now read from a shared system folder — previously they failed to load for some players (depending on the Windows username), leaving seats and chips out of place
   • The fix arrives automatically on the next apply — no reinstall needed
