Terms of Use

PokerLay is a cosmetic application that changes how tables, cards and chips look in supported desktop poker clients on your computer. It does not interfere with gameplay, does not affect card dealing, does not read or transmit playing decisions, and does not interact with poker room servers.

You use PokerLay at your own discretion and responsibility. Different poker rooms have different rules that may change. You are responsible for ensuring that third-party software is permitted in your room and does not violate its rules or the laws of your country.

Not every room has granted official permission — current status is listed on the Permissions page. The decision to use PokerLay in rooms without official permission is yours alone.

The app is provided "AS IS" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, compatibility with poker-client updates, or freedom from errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PokerLay and its developers are NOT liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the application. This includes, without limitation: blocking, restriction or closure of your gaming account; loss of funds, bonuses or status; crashes, freezes or malfunction of the poker client; data loss; and any claims by poker rooms or third parties.

You use PokerLay with full awareness of these risks and accept them.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use PokerLay. You may not resell, redistribute, decompile or modify the app, or bypass licensing mechanisms. Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms.

Poker rooms and their clients are owned by independent companies and are not affiliated with PokerLay, except where official permission is expressly stated. Room names and logos belong to their owners and are used to indicate compatibility.

We may update the app and these terms. By continuing to use PokerLay after changes, you accept the updated terms.
