PokerLay

Privacy Policy

Effective June 4, 2026

This explains what data PokerLay collects, why, and with whom it may be shared. We collect the minimum needed to run the app and license.

1. What we collect

Account data at sign-in: an identifier and email from Google, or a username from Telegram — to create and identify your account.

Device identifier (HWID): a technical fingerprint of your computer — to bind the license to your device and prevent abuse.

Usage data: launch events and timing, duration of use, app version — for statistics and product improvement.

Technical data: IP address and basic request information automatically sent when contacting the server.

PokerLay does NOT collect the content of your games, deals, hand history, balance, or any poker-room gameplay data.

2. How we use data

To provide licensed access, bind it to your device and prevent abuse; to run auto-updates; for usage statistics and improving the app; and to respond to support requests.

3. Who we share with

Sign-in providers: Google and Telegram (when you choose the corresponding login method).

Infrastructure: website and API hosting, and the database that stores accounts and license statuses.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising. Data may be disclosed only where required by law.

4. Retention

Data is kept while your account is active and as long as needed to operate the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us. Deleting your account ends license access.

6. Age

PokerLay is intended only for adults eligible to participate in online poker in their jurisdiction.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page.
